For our summer vacation we headed out to Utah from June 7-19 to see family and have a good 10 days of non-stop partying. The drive there wasn't bad, but they the drive home we were so exhausted, it was a long 11 hours that day. Didn't do very good getting many pictures so here's what we've got.
Lots of fun Cousin time!
Dinosaur museum, this day we were even lucky enough to get Cadin to come since he for sure knew he didn't have to work!
One day Uncle Steven took us to his families farm and we got to ride horses and go fishing. Unfortunately the horse pictures aren't on my phone, I'll have to try to post them another time. That was a really fun day.
The last night in Vernal we had a fun family baseball game. It's quite interesting playing baseball with 2 year olds involved in the mix-up.
Some of the fun Vernal activities not documented by photos are:
- Cadin's Mission Homecoming
- Going Spelunking with 9 of the grand kids in tow (including MaKenzie at 6 months old) in little Brush Creek. Of course we didn't go in very far, but it was a fun adventure, finishing it off with some yummy Tin-Dins
We LOVE spending time with our cousins and the rest of the family, that is for sure. Then after a few days of partying there, we headed out to Utah County and the first stop was Jordanelle. We rented some fun little cabins close to the lake and played on the waverunners. Unfortunately it was super duper windy, but we still made it fun with card games and playing at the park.
- Other Utah County non photographed adventures include a BBQ at the Anderbergs and enjoying the Summer Fest Parade and more cousins
- playing with the neighborhood buddies at our romping grounds
- swimming
- Father's Day Breakfast at Kneaders
- Going to the theater to watch The Croods
We loved spending time with all our family and building memeories! We Love you ALL.
